Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. If auto-renewal remains active, you will be charged for the next subscription period at the start of the new cycle.

You can cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team at info@up-silver.com. Please note that forgetting to disable auto-renewal will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.

Refund Eligibility

Subject to applicable laws and the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the refund request does not contradict the conditions listed below.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Reason Explanation
After 14 days from purchase Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Lost login credentials Refunds will not be issued if the user has lost their login and/or password.
Issues beyond our control Refunds cannot be issued due to reasons such as:
- No Internet access
- Failure to follow installation instructions
- Refusal to accept technical assistance
Personal reasons Refunds will not be issued for reasons including:
- Changing your mind
- Accidental purchases
- Not using the Services
Individual sensitivities Refunds will not be granted based on personal sensitivities or intolerances.
Refund Request Process
  • Refund requests must be made by the original purchaser.
  • Refund processing operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.
